Trio of Wildcats sign NFL free-agent deals
The NFC North just a got a little richer with Wildcats blood.
After watching seven rounds go by in the 2009 NFL Draft, running back Tyrell Sutton, wide receiver Eric Peterman and defensive tackle John Gill each signed free agent deals Sunday night.
Sutton is headed to Green Bay, while Gill is off to Detroit to join the Lions. Peterman will stay in the area to play for the hometown Bears, joining former Northwestern stars Brett Basanez and Nick Roach.
